I usually don't talk about other CPPS or situations outside of CPRewritten here, but this is another one of those posts where I just come to report and give my views.
Let's start with the news:
1) Disney Wants To Eliminate al CPPS.
This would not be anything new to us. Those of us who were there last year learned that Disney was already checking out a few CPPS.
This year the situation exceeded the limits. Especially for a very controversial CPPS in recent years, the CPOnline.
Many youtubers, bloggers and users reported unusual behavior in this game such as racist and sexual messages that were not suitable for children. This was because moderation filters had been disabled on several servers and some practiced virtual sex. Yes, virtual sex in a penguin game for children? It sounds crazy right?

In addition to all the racist messages and inappropriate content we have Riley. Many of you will know him. Accused of being a pedophile. There has been a lot of evidence against him and he was actually arrested for a moment but released on bail while the case is further investigated.
All of these things reported by many people and websites made the situation huge. That's where The Walt Disney Company comes in. Disney was not at all happy about what was happening at Club Penguin Online, as the safety of children is the most important thing of all. That's where Disney started to shut down all the CPPS. As the saying, by one person, everyone pays.
The fights between all the CPPS. The accusations of insecurity between them. I try to give my neutral point on this important aspect. Because for me there is no famous CPPS that does not have at least one controversy in these 5 years that I have been in the community.
Disney is furious and plans to shut down all CPPS by suing them for copyright.
And why can you sue them?: They are using content that is owned by Disney under a legal copyright agreement. Besides that some earn money for ads. So Disney has the right to sue and compel that page to close.
Every community, game on earth is unfortunately not forever. However, we can only hope that it will happen with the CPPS that are still alive.
2) CPR Moderators are resigning
Yesterday many of the CPRewritten community were struck by the fact that many mods on the team resigned. Not for Disney, but more than anything for the treatment that was made towards them then of the intervention of disney. Of course, none was going to talk specifically about the situation to avoid controversy and it is understandable. Only three moderators have not yet stepped down, which is alarming and gives me a lot to think about the future of CPRewritten who has not yet spoken on this matter and has no closure plans.
Catdude556, RogerDan and Skyver are the only CPR moderators who stayed.
Candy, charlie, Garnet1200, Gena, Halopona, Lily8763cp and Maah all resigned.
To those who left, thank you very much for all the work you did at CPRewritten during these years. I hope and you can continue in the gaming community and you know that you will always count on us to support you in your dreams <3
3) CPOnline, Free Penguin and Cpps.me Removed
The first three victims of Disney. Free Penguin was a great game that many of us enjoyed more than anything because of its transformations, the fact that in the time when the original Club Penguin existed, Free Penguin was like a club penguin but with free membership (this because all parties that were given in club penguin, free penguin also made them).
CPPS.ME was one of the first CPPS we tested. It is a legendary game that gradually lost users due to the lack of updates and the fact that new CPPS were entering as CPRewritten and CPOnline.
While CPOnline, the largest CPPS all and at the same time controversial. This game focused on being like the original club penguin but with some personalized things and precisely because of that it caught the attention of many, it was the most similar to the club penguin that recently in 2017 had ceased to exist and for many children the CPO It was the original club penguin, which is not true. There is only one Original Club Penguin and unfortunately it no longer exists.
While some CPPS remain firm regarding the serious situation that is happening, some have already announced their latest parties such as CPBrazil and Alpha Penguin.
I think this year is going to be the end of all CPPS honestly. But there are still hopes. Some even say that the original Club Penguin will be released by Disney (I still don't believe in this theory)
At the moment it only remains to enjoy our favorite games while you can. I don't see a good future but whatever happens we will always be united as a community. What do you think about this: I would like you to give your point of view in a comment.
