Elite Puffles are puffles that have been specially trained to assist agents of the Elite Penguin Force in their missions. All Elite Puffles have been trained by the Puffle Handler, otherwise known as PH or Paige. Elite Puffles are able to be summoned by an agent that possesses a Puffle Whistle.
Each Elite Puffle has been trained in a specific skill, generally relating to the specific color the species. There are currently ten different Elite Puffles.
1) Flare
Flare is a Black Elite Puffle, featured in 2 Nintendo DS games: Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force and Herbert's Revenge. In the DS games he can be used in Elite Penguin Force Missions, where his ability to breathe small blue flames from his mouth can be used for welding or melting ice.
In online Club Penguin, Flare could be walked by using the Puffle Whistle option of the EPF Phone, or alternatively, the inventory. The whistle could be unlocked by using a code included in the box for Herbert's Revenge.
While walking Flare, he was treated as a regular hand item, and did not have functions of adoptable puffles, meaning he could not be brought to Cart Surfer, he could not reside in a player's igloo or Igloo Backyard, he could not interact with objects at the Puffle Hotel, etc.
2) Flit
Flit is a Green Elite Puffle. He appears in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force, The Great Puffle Switch, and in the exclusive Christmas Book called "Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic". He has the ability to fly and retrieve objects that penguins can't reach. Although his normal 'flying into enemies' attack is weak, he can cut the ropes of things on balloons, like anvils and coffee bags to drop on enemies' heads.
3) Blast
Blast is a Red Puffle and one of the Elite Puffles. He has the ability to shoot himself out of a cannon while wearing a helmet. This allows him to break through heavy objects. He also was in the Exclusive Christmas Book: Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic along with the other Elite Puffles. EPF agents can summon them by using a Puffle Whistle. Like all other puffles, he was trained by Puffle Handler.
4) Bouncer
Bouncer is a Blue Puffle who is one of the Elite Puffles in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. She's the first Puffle the player meets in the game. The player meets the Puffle in the Coffee Shop. She can throw snowballs to hit objects with extreme firing rate, precision and range. She was also in the exclusive book Puffle Pal Adventures: Music Makes Magic and the real-life book, The Great Puffle Switch. She, along with all the other Elite Puffles, has her own Card-Jitsu card in the Puffle Deck.
