In this section you will see the most frequently asked questions:

• My username has not been approved. I appear like "P1......"

A = The team will take days or a week to approve your username, you just have to be patient. You always appear with the letter "P" and numbers if you are a new user.

• The game doesn't load me.

A= Make sure you have adobe flash player activated. If you have it activated and still it does not charge you check the social networks of the game to see if they are in maintenance. If you already have these two things and still do not load the game contact with support.

• Game updates are not loading for me.

A= Clear your cache. If you don't know how the guide here.

• How can I be a game moderator?

A= It is honestly impossible to know this. The team can choose users who are very active in the community. If they choose you you will have to go through a trial period to be able to win the position. Being a mod is a great responsibility.

• Why was I suspended from the game?

A= For saying a bad word, spamming, annoying people or for using hacks.

• Why did I lose connection?

A= The game is probably in maintenance or your internet connection suffered a temporary downturn. Also if you leave your penguin inactive for 10 minutes you will lose connection.

• What is Club Penguin Rewritten?

A= It is a recreation of the original Club Penguin.

• How can I become a member?

A= Your membership is infinite. By creating the account you are already a member in the game.

• How can I recover my password ?:

A= Clic here. Simply write your penguin's name and then send it so that in a matter of minutes you will receive an email in your email associated with the account to change your password.

• How can I get coins?:

A= You can get them in the different games around the island.

• What are the parties?

A= Parties were island-wide events that happened every month or so on Club Penguin Rewritten. Every party celebrated something different with a specific theme, i.e. pirates, sports, etc., or even a celebration of a holiday. During parties, a large portion of the island was usually decorated, rooms had special party music, and free items and special quests were common. Mascots could also be met during some of the parties, and parties occasionally had special stamps for completing activities during them.
