1) Bambadee
Bambadee was a stowaway that Rockhopper found on his ship in March 2007 of Club Penguin, a week before the St. Patrick's Day Party 2007 started, just after leaving Club Penguin Island. Bambadee wore a striped friendship bracelet which he made himself; this item was soon released as a free item in the book Rockhopper and the Stowaway. He had sneaked onto The Migrator because the penguins on Club Penguin Island were teasing him because they were jealous of his bracelet.
2) Jet Pack Guy
Jet Pack Guy (real name Guy) is an Elite Penguin Force Agent in Club Penguin. He is always seen carrying his jet pack, his preferred form of transportation and his glasses, which he almost never takes off. Jet Pack Guy is shown to be very thoughtful and tactical, as such he is the tactical lead of the EPF along with Rookie.When Jet Pack Guy was first introduced, he seems to have been somewhat of a nice guy, and a skilled agent. As his character has developed we see him as more as a serious agent who is very stern and self-disciplined. His goal is to become a great EPF agent. He also really loves his Jet Pack.
3) Dancing Penguin
Dancing Penguin is a clumsy, but friendly brown penguin. They like to dance (hence their nickname), own a portable telescope that helps the player, and like to ride on the Ski Lift. They appear in many of the Secret Missions, and they give players a thank-you card and a stamp when helping them in mission 3. They usually appear in missions as part of a "side-mission" or "subplot" (like having to fix their telescope or unjam the Ski Lift). In mission 11, Dancing Penguin cannot see without glasses - and so they cannot see when they accidentally break them. They are quite clumsy and they break stuff frequently.
4) Rory
Rory is a construction worker on Club Penguin. He is an orange penguin that always wears a construction jacket and a hard hat, and occassionly orange safety sunglasses. Rory runs a construction crew, and occasionally mops the Pizza Parlor. He could also be Gary's buddy. Rory also owns a Snow Trekker. He also built the PSA and EPF Headquarters and created the mini-game Smoothie Smash.
5) Hydro-Hopper Penguin
The Hydro-Hopper Penguin is a penguin that appears in Missions standing next to the Hydro-Hopper boat. He is a green penguin with a Black Toque and overalls. He appears in a few missions, trying to fix the Hydro-Hopper, then you need to help him. He enjoys his job as well, however it seems like he can't really keep the boat in shape (due to a number of times where he has trouble with the boat). He seems to be very polite and friendly as in one of the missions, he gives you a pump.
6) Gift Shop Manager
The Gift Shop Manager was a lime green penguin who worked at the Gift Shop.
7) Pizza Chef
The Pizza Chef is a penguin in Club Penguin that wears a Pizza Apron and Chef Hat and works in the Pizza Parlor. He appears in several Secret Missions and also appears in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. He is usually very busy, and asks the player to deliver pizzas for him in most of his appearances.
8) Jet Pack Surfer
Jet Pack Surfer was a penguin that picked players up with his jet pack and dropped them into the water in the game Catchin' Waves. He was Light Blue and wore Red Sunglasses, Red Shorts, and a Jet Pack.
9) Sport Shop Assistan
The Sport Shop Assistant is an orange Penguin who worked as an assistant in the Sports Shop before it closed down after the Popcorn Explosion. He appears in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force for Nintendo DS and helps you in the 4th secret mission.
10) DJ Penguin
The DJ Penguin is a character who appeared in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. He appeared at the Night Club throughout the game, and does not play much role in the story. He is an orange penguin wearing sunglasses and headphones. So far, he has not made an appearance in the online Club Penguin.
11) Coffee Shop Barista
The Coffee Shop Barista was a coffee server in Club Penguin who works at the Coffee Shop. He always wore a Coffee Apron. The barista appeared in two PSA Secret Missions, and in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force.
12) Gift Shop Owner
The Gift Shop Owner is a penguin whose only appearance is in the Club Penguin video game, Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force for the Nintendo DS. He is a Lime Green Penguin with a Red Suede Jacket and a Yellow Scarf. He welcomes players to the Gift Shop whenever they click on him.
13) Joe
Joe is a penguin in Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal: Heroes Unite!. He wears Spikester Threads, Humbug Spectacles, and a pair of Headphones. Like Aunt Arctic, he has a pencil on the side of his glasses. He writes the possible story about Shadow Guy and Gamma Gal. He probably made up the story, due to the many differences between it and reality Club Penguin.
14) Blazer X
Blazer X is a character in Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. He is an extreme snowboarder and hated it when the Snow Bot was taking apart the Ski Lift and nobody could go to the Ski Hill.
15) X-Treme Penguin
The X-Treme Penguin is a light blue penguin who combines elements of multiple games, usually involving a jet pack, in order to make them more "x-treme". He is often seen in comics.
16) DJ Maxx
DJ Maxx (an abbreviation of Disc Jockey Maxx) was a DJ in Penguin Chat 3. He first appeared in the Night Club on May 5, 2005 because the team was testing a new streaming music system.He is possibly an NPC (non-player character) implemented into the game when changes to the Night Club were being made. His penguin could not be clicked, he had no Player Card, and never spoke.
17) Tommy
Tommy is a light blue penguin who wears a tuba (or as it is called in Club Penguin, a sousaphone). He is known for launching snowballs at an extremely long distance.
