What are they?

They are famous people managed by moderators. Which connect at parties and attract large numbers of people besides having the curiosity that when we first find one of them, we "Win a stamp" which is in the section "Characters" of the stamp album .

Apart from that all have an exclusive background !. Only 2 characters have neither stamp nor background: 1) Shadow Guy and 2) Gamma Gal.

1) Rockhopper

Rockhopper is a friendly pirate who regularly visits the island, usually with gifts, or knowledge. His ship, The Migrator, can be spotted docked at the Beach during his visits. He's always accompanied by Yarr on his adventures, the first red puffle ever discovered.

He published a journal of his adventures which can be read in the Book Room. When he visits Club Penguin Island, he sells rare items brought over from Rockhopper Island and other places. He often gives away a free item, and sells other items, such as backgrounds, furniture, clothing items, and other wares.

2) Aunt Arctic

Aunt Arctic is a famous news reporter and the Editor in Chief of the Club Penguin Times. She made her first in-game appearance on the island during the Beta Test Party.

Penguins are given a chance to submit content for the "Extras" section of the Club Penguin Times. If your submission is accepted, she will send you the You're a Published Penguin Postcard.

Gary the Gadget Guy, also known as Gary or G, is Club Penguin Rewritten's local inventor, genius, and the former owner of the Sport Shop.

He has made significant contributions to creating inventions used by the public daily. He has also invented gadgets that many agents of the Penguin Secret Agency and the Elite Penguin Force have used.

4) Rookie

Rookie is one of the Club Penguin Rewritten mascots, he made his first appearance on March 18 during the St. Patrick's Day Party 2017. He is the Public Relations officer and Comm leader for the EPF and an intern Secret Agent. He is a green penguin always wearing a red propeller cap, and a pair of red sunglasses. He also wears a red Hawaiian shirt patterned with white flowers.

5) Sensei

Sensei is a master of Card Jitsu and a meetable mascot on Club Penguin Rewritten. Sensei is an old penguin, and a master of all elements. He has a white beard, thick white eyebrows, a traditional Japanese straw hat and a walking stick. Sensei refers new ninjas or students as 'grasshoppers'. He is a master of Card-Jitsu.

6) Puffle Handler

Puffle Handler (more commonly known as PH, or her real name, Paige) is a trainer of puffles. She has expertise in handling wild puffles and caring for puffles.

She made her first in-game appearance at the Puffle Party 2017. She is known for leading the Wilderness Expedition which led to the discovery of brown puffles.

8) Rory

Rory is a mascot in Club Penguin Rewritten. He is an orange construction worker penguin who always wears a construction jacket and a hard hat, and occasionally orange safety sunglasses. Rory runs a construction crew, and he also built the PSA and EPF Headquarters.

• The username "Rory" was already taken by another player. The player's name was changed to "Shop Worker" (The name was the player's own choice).

Franky is a guitarist, keyboardist and banjoist - best known as a member of the Penguin Band.

He is the author of the book Franky's First Show, which you can find on the Book Shelf in the Book Room. He is not an original member of the Penguin Band, as he worked in the Pet Shop before joining the Penguin Band. He was invited to play for the band as revealed in the book, Franky's First Show.

16) Herbert

Herbert Percival Bear, Esquire is a polar bear and the main antagonist of Club Penguin Rewritten since his first appearance in PSA Mission 5: Secret of the Fur. He is the only known polar bear on the island.

Unlike a typical polar bear, Herbert hates cold weather. He also cannot swim and is a vegetarian. Since his first appearance, Herbert has been trying to take over the Club Penguin Island and turn it into a warm island paradise with his partner Klutzy.

Klutzy is a villainous crab in Club Penguin Rewritten who saved Herbert P. Bear from drowning when he first arrived on Club Penguin Rewritten after traveling from the North Pole on an iceberg. Since then, he has been involved in a lot of Secret Missions as Herbert's sidekick. As revealed in The F.I.S.H., Klutzy is male and is probably Herbert's best friend.
