A community user curiously asked Lance Priebe and RocketSnail if they had plans to bring Club Penguin back. What was most striking was that RocketSnail claimed that he was in fact asking Disney if they could bring him back. Yes, meaning you've been asking Disney probably a few times about whether they need help bringing the original club penguin back.
Since when he asked? that's not known. The fact is that this anecdote, along with the latest rumors that Club Penguin was going to return, simply increases the minimum chances of seeing Club Penguin back in the future.

Perhaps for this reason the idea of Club Penguin's return in the future has been taken up. The closure of the CPPS is leaving the community devastated and that the original club penguin would return would be like traveling back in time.
