Some time ago Stu posted performance tips on the game's official blog when playing CPR in HTML5!
Let's take a look:
The advice he gave us were:
- The most important performance tip that players will find useful will be to turn their Hardware Acceleration on inside their browser they are using. I would recommend to go into their browser’s settings and then typing in ‘Hardware Acceleration’ and turning it on. Please search online on how to do this specifically with your browser in mind, it is important to be cautious when going inside settings.
- Try using a different browser such as Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome (if you are having issues with Chrome). Unfortunately, Google Chrome blacklists old hardware and can make it rather laggy in-game if it is outdated.
- If you wish to use Google Chrome, we’d recommend to enable the Override Software Rendering List in their about:flags section of their browser, again, you can also search up how to do this specifically with your browser in mind. Please only enable this as a last resort, also make sure that you have hardware enabled.
Plus those who log in during the public release will receive a limited edition pin!
They also confirmed that they were constantly working to make the game play very well on older computers!
Soon we will be able to play the CPR in HTML5!
